You'll identify quality gaps across the consumer app and deliver experiences that are polished, consistent, and properly considered. You'll work closely with designers, PMs, and engineers to raise the bar across surfaces. Not just good enough. Actually good.

• <point>You have extensive experience as a Senior or Staff Product Designer, with a portfolio that demonstrates exceptional execution, not just strong outcomes.</point>
• <point>You communicate fluently in English and tell a compelling story about your design choices.</point>
• <point>You treat Figma as a baseline, not a differentiator. You prototype with intent and fidelity, are fluent in generative and agentic design workflows, adopt new tools early, and constantly expand what's possible in your process.</point>
