Job Description

We are hiring a senior product designer to create highly polished, interaction-driven mobile experiences with strong focus on motion design, tactile UI feel, and modern visual quality.

This role is focused on transforming rough product ideas and UX requirements into multiple high-quality interaction concepts and motion prototypes that explore different creative directions before implementation.

Requirements

Experience

• 5+ years product design experience
• 3+ years designing consumer-facing mobile applications
• Strong portfolio demonstrating advanced mobile interaction and motion design work
• Experience collaborating closely with engineers to ship polished mobile experiences

Design & Motion Skills

Strong understanding of:

• gesture-driven interaction design
• animation timing and easing
• interaction continuity
• microinteractions
• motion systems
• mobile ergonomics
• information hierarchy
• elegant visual simplicity
• modern mobile UI trends

Candidate should be able to:

• take rough ideas and rapidly explore 3–5 distinct interaction directions
• create high-fidelity motion prototypes
• design interactions that feel fluid, tactile, and intentional
• balance visual polish with usability and implementation feasibility

Tools & Workflow

Strong experience with:

• Figma
• Adobe After Effects
• Rive
• Cavalry

These will be a plus:

• ProtoPie
• Framer
• familiarity with React Native implementation constraints
• understanding of mobile animation performance considerations
• experience leveraging AI tools for ideation and rapid concept exploration

Design Taste

• Interactions feel smooth, responsive, and premium
• Motion reinforces usability and hierarchy
• UI feels modern, refined, and visually cohesive
• Multiple creative directions are explored before converging
• Interactions maintain continuity and tactile feel
• Motion is intentional and restrained, not excessive

Portfolio Requirements

• examples of gesture-driven UI work
• examples showing multiple explorations for the same interaction problem
• explanation of your role and process
• shipped product examples if available
