Senior Product Designer

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer – iCasino to work on end-to-end design for key features and create polished concepts, prototypes, design documentation, and high-fidelity UI across our digital Casino products. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with other product designers, researchers, product owners, and developers to deliver user-centered solutions that balance customer needs with business goals. Your work will shape how people experience our products, defining their look, feel, and usability while creating interactions that feel seamless, intuitive, and well-structured - ensuring quality, consistency, and excellence across every touchpoint.

Key responsibilities

• End-to-end design for key features, from concept to delivery.​
• Deliver high-quality user flows, concepts, prototypes, and design documentation.
• Facilitate design workshops and help shape design outcomes​.
• Mentor junior designers and review work to ensure quality.​
• Balance user needs with business goals in all design decisions.

Qualifications and experience:

• 5+ years of experience in product or UX design, with a track record of leading end-to-end design for consumer digital products.
• Experience shipping high-quality native mobile and web experiences, with a strong app-first mindset.
• Skilled in UX architecture, interaction design, UI design and scalable design systems.
• Ability to use customer insight, research and data to guide design decisions and improve outcomes.
• Clear communicator, able to explain design rationale, align stakeholders and integrate feedback effectively.
• Experience mentoring designers and contributing to a strong design culture.
• Proficiency in Figma, including libraries, as well as prototyping, collaboration practices and AI-supported workflows
• Experience designing for iOS, Android, and responsive web, with a solid understanding of platform conventions.
• Experience in the international iGaming industry is highly valued.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Design, HCI, or related field.​

The position is located at Veikkaus’ headquarters in Pohjois-Haaga, Helsinki. We work in a flexible hybrid model, and we meet at the office three times a week. The role can also be performed remotely from Malta or Stockholm/Sweden. The position is permanent and full time.
