Senior Product Designer - Core platform
(South America - Remote/ Toronto - hybrid/ Belgrade - hybrid)
We are seeking a highly craft-driven Product Designer with strong visual and interaction design skills to join our product team. This role will play a critical part in elevating the quality, sophistication, and usability of our core platform.
The ideal candidate combines strong product thinking and UX fundamentals with refined visual execution, great attention to detail, and a deep understanding of modern digital experiences. You should care deeply about typography, hierarchy, interaction patterns, and the emotional quality of software, while still being able to think strategically about systems, scalability, and usability.

Key Responsibilities:
Visual & Interaction Design - Create refined, high-quality user interfaces and interaction patterns that elevate the overall product experience across web and mobile platforms.
Product Craft & Execution - Drive excellence in visual design through strong attention to typography, spacing, composition, hierarchy, motion, and micro-interactions.
Systems Thinking - Design scalable and cohesive experiences across complex financial workflows, balancing usability, clarity, and aesthetic quality.
Prototyping - Develop high-fidelity prototypes in Figma to communicate ideas, validate interactions, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders and engineering teams.
User Flows & Documentation - Produce clear user flows, wireframes, specifications, and documentation that support scalable product development and consistent implementation.
Design Systems - Contribute to and evolve a robust design system that ensures consistency, scalability, and visual excellence across all products.
Collaboration - Work closely with product managers, engineers, and brand/marketing designers to create cohesive, high-quality product experiences.
User-Centered Design - Apply UX principles, usability thinking, and an understanding of human behaviour to design intuitive and effective experiences.
Product Innovation - Contribute to innovative product thinking and help shape modern experiences within a fast-moving fintech environment.
Stakeholder Communication - Present design concepts and rationale clearly to stakeholders, advocating for thoughtful, high-quality design decisions.
Requirements
6+ years of experience in Product Design, UI/UX Design, or Interaction Design, with strong experience designing modern digital products. Mobile app experience is strongly preferred.
Well-developed visual design skills with a strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, interaction, and motion design.
Advanced proficiency in Figma and modern design workflows. Experience with prototyping and design systems is essential.
A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual craft, high-quality product execution, and attention to detail across digital experiences.
Robust understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, usability, and scalable interface systems.
Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams within fast-paced product environments.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and advocate for quality and consistency.
Experience designing products in fintech, payments, SaaS, or other innovation-driven technology environments is highly valued.
A strong understanding of product design, interaction design, and modern digital experiences. Formal education in Design, HCI, or related fields is appreciated.
