Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Designer to join our client, one of the leading banking institutions in the Middle East. This role is ideal for a design leader who combines strong UX thinking, design systems expertise, and exposure to AI-driven solutions

You will work closely within agile squads alongside product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to design intuitive, scalable, and impactful digital experiences—primarily within the corporate banking domain

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product design lifecycle research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, and final UI delivery
• Design and evolve scalable design systems ensuring consistency across platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Business) within Agile squads
• Translate complex business and banking requirements into intuitive user experiences
• Apply user-centered design principles and conduct usability testing to improve product outcomes
• Work on AI-powered product features, ensuring seamless UX integration
• Contribute to design strategy and innovation, especially in digital banking experiences
• Mentor junior designers and promote design best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a Product Designer / Senior Product Designer
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX, UI, and problem-solving capabilities
• Proven experience building and maintaining Design Systems
• Hands-on experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD
• Solid understanding of UX research, interaction design, and usability principles
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban) within cross-functional squads
• Exposure to AI/ML-driven product design is highly preferred
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in banking or financial services, especially corporate banking
• Experience designing data-heavy or enterprise-level applications
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and responsive design
