PRODUCT DESIGN ROLE

As a Product Designer, your role involves collaborating with clients to assist them in defining their product offerings and supporting them to achieve their business goals. You will assume the position of their primary designer, overseeing all the tasks involved across the entire product lifecycle.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, to conceptualize and design user-centered solutions that enhance user satisfaction and engagement. This is an exciting opportunity to lead design initiatives, drive innovation, and contribute to our mission of delivering best-in-class digital experiences.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Guide the creative journey led by the design thinking life cycle, ensuring a fantastic user experience along the way.
• Create user-centric, intuitive, and visually pleasing digital interfaces and interactions.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and clients to define and prioritize design requirements and deliverables.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and refine design solutions.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

• Experience with user-centered design principles and usability testing
• Experience in Service Design
• 4-5 years of experience as a product designer
• Proven experience in effectively communicating design concepts and solutions to stakeholders
• Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills
• Degree educated, or self-initiated alternative (such as personal projects or bootcamps)
• Experience working on agile development projects
• Experience using Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud
• UI and UX experience
