Tickmill is looking to hire a Senior Product Designer to join our rapidly expanding team to assist with the entire design process, execute excellent UX flows, apply visual design systems, prototype using a variety of tools and methods, create production-ready designs, conduct usability testing and support implementation.
The successful candidate will be responsible to improve existing product designs and analyze market standards to produce high quality and performance outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Translate complex user needs and business goals into clear, intuitive product experiences across web and mobile applications.
- Develop user flows, interaction models, wireframes, and polished visual designs that support seamless and engaging experiences.
- Build and iterate on interactive prototypes to test and communicate design ideas effectively.
- Create and maintain consistent design systems and reusable UI components to ensure scalability and coherence across products.
- Collaborate closely with Product team, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design intent is carried through to implementation.
- Provide design leadership across product initiatives, helping define UX strategy and ensuring a consistent user experience across the product portfolio.
- Facilitate design reviews and cross-functional discussions to align teams and drive decision-making.
- Mentor and support team members, promoting design best practices, providing constructive feedback and helping raise the overall quality of design within the team.
- Lead and participate in user research, competitor analysis to uncover insights, validate assumptions, and inform design strategies.
- Use product analytics, customer feedback, and usability testing to evaluate and refine your designs post-launch.
- Present your work clearly and explain the rationale behind design decisions.
- Balance multiple initiatives while managing timelines, feedback loops, and evolving priorities.
- Stay current with industry best practices in UX/UI, accessibility, and responsive design
- Manage multiple design initiatives simultaneously, adapting quickly to shifting priorities and tight timelines in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions effectively in English.
- Proven track record of creating user-centric designs that drive engagement, conversion, and measurable business outcomes.
- 5+ years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, with experience leading complex design initiatives.
- Strong experience in:
- Creating and analyzing user personas, customer journeys, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
- Building user flows, translating requirements into design solutions, and working closely with Product and Engineering teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Conducting user research, usability testing, and applying data-driven insights to improve product experiences.
- Advanced proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma preferred; experience with other design tools is a plus).
- Solid front-end development experience with the ability to prototype, validate and collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
- Previous experience designing and delivering mobile-first and responsive web experiences.
- Strong interest in AI-powered product development and experience leveraging AI tools to accelerate research, ideation, prototyping, content generation, and design workflows.
- Ability to help establish and drive AI-enabled design practices within the Product Design team, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, quality and innovation through AI.
- Experience creating and maintaining scalable design systems and reusable component libraries.
- Ability to mentor other designers and contribute to the growth of design processes, standards, and culture.
