Design is a direct revenue driver here: every interaction, every flow, and every pixel impacts conversion, retention, and LTV. We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to own the end-to-end UI/UX of our patient experience across web and mobile, from first landing page to long-term member. You should have experience designing, end to end, incredible digital product experiences
— End-to-end UX of the patient journey — intake, checkout, onboarding, patient portal, subscription
management, and mobile app across all surfaces
— High-conversion flow design: intake questionnaires, product selection, checkout, refill, and subscription
management — optimizing relentlessly against CVR, refill rate, and NPS
— Rugiet's design system — building, maintaining, and evolving a component library, design tokens, and
interaction standards that scale across products and engineering
— A/B and multivariate test design in partnership with Growth — design variants, interpret results, ship
winners
— UX research and usability testing — synthesizing session recordings, heatmaps, NPS comments, and
patient interviews into prioritized improvements
— Design-to-engineering handoff — pixel-perfect Figma files, Dev Mode specs, and active build QA to ensure
precision implementation
— Cross-functional design leadership — bringing patient empathy and UX rigor to Product, Engineering,
Growth, and Lifecycle conversations
— 8+ years of product design with a portfolio demonstrating mastery of interaction design and visual UI —
flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity screens across web and mobile
— Expert Figma proficiency — components, auto-layout, variables, prototyping, and Dev Mode; you use
Figma the way engineers use their IDE
— Proven track record designing high-conversion DTC or subscription consumer flows with measurable
outcomes you can speak to
— Experience building or owning a design system — not just using one
— WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility depth and data fluency — you interpret funnels, session recordings, and A/B
results to evolve designs — Strong design-engineering collaboration — you speak in tokens, component states, and responsive
breakpoints

Portfolio required. We want to see end-to-end flow design, design system work, and at least one example
