About This Role
We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to help design the Cialfo platform. In this role, you’ll evangelize and promote UX within and outside of Cialfo, and can juggle several high-level projects while delivering amazing work on all of them. Your are confidently able to justify design decisions and advocate for user-centred design.

What You Will Be Doing

Working on product projects such as:

• As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll be contributing as a design expert.
• You’ll focus on delivering the best possible experience for our end users.
• You will work closely with the rest of the Product team (Product Managers, Product Designers and Engineers) to turn conceptual ideas and hypotheses into valuable experiences.
• You will be tasked with taking the overall product experience to the next level.
• Working together with Product Managers & Engineers at every stage of a new release, from concept to code.
• Maintain an up-to-date repository of design guidelines and systems.
• Conduct evaluative user research and usability testing to define the problems & probe feasibility.
• Coaching and mentoring of UX Designers in the team.
• Plus: We will appreciate some knowledge in front-end code (HTML, SASS, CSS & React).

About You

• Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in the relevant field.
• Experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in a Product Designer role with a proven design experience building tech products (mobile & desktop) from the ground up.
  • Proven experience solving problem, turning them into easy and dazzling solutions for the customer.
  • Solid experience creating wireframes, storyboards and user flows.
• Skills
  • An in-depth understanding of usability guidelines and human computer interaction (HCI).
  • Proven working knowledge of design tools (Figma & Sketch) and prototyping (Invision, Maze or Adobe XD)
  • Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
• Qualities
  • Used to work in close collaboration with PM & engineers to oversee the development of a product from problem definition, conception to launch.
  • You are a team player.
  • You have the attitude and want to work in a team.

This role will be based out of Bangalore, India and the candidate should be based there.
