This role offers the opportunity to shape the end-to-end experience of an intelligent, AI-driven neobank product across mobile and web platforms. You will design intuitive financial journeys that simplify complex systems such as payments, balances, automation, and compliance into seamless user experiences. The position sits at the intersection of product, design, and engineering, with a strong emphasis on ownership and high-velocity execution. You will help define a premium, modern design language while building scalable UX patterns for a rapidly evolving financial product. The environment is fast-paced, startup-driven, and highly collaborative, with significant autonomy in shaping product direction. This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys solving complex user problems, and is passionate about crafting polished, consumer-grade digital experiences.

Accountabilities:

You will lead and own the product design across mobile and web experiences, ensuring a cohesive and intuitive user journey across all touchpoints.

• Design and iterate key product flows such as onboarding, accounts, card controls, transactions, and settings
• Create interaction models for intelligent financial features including chat-based actions, automation, suggestions, and approvals
• Develop UX patterns for proactive financial insights, predictions, and user guidance
• Define and maintain a scalable design system and premium visual language
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to prototype and ship high-quality features at speed
• Conduct user research and translate behavioral insights into actionable product improvements
• Continuously raise the standard of craft, usability, and visual polish across the product

Requirements:

The ideal candidate has strong product design expertise, a user-centered mindset, and experience building consumer-facing digital products in fast-paced environments.

• 3+ years of product design experience in consumer-facing applications
• Experience working as a solo or early-stage designer in a fast-growing startup environment
• Proven ability to independently ship production-ready products, including side projects or freelance work
• Strong capability to simplify complex systems into clear and intuitive user experiences
• Excellent visual design skills, including typography, hierarchy, motion, and UI refinement
• Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams in production environments
• Strong ownership mindset with accountability for design outcomes and product impact
• Currently working in a product-based organization

Nice to have:

• Experience designing AI-first or agent-like user experiences
• Exposure to crypto or stablecoin-based systems
• Experience with premium consumer software with high design standards
• Familiarity with React Native development environments and workflows
