Senior Product Designer

Location: Cyprus

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer with strong product thinking and experience in growth-oriented projects or complex interface design. The role focuses on driving product impact through experimentation, hypothesis building, and measurable improvements in key metrics

Key Responsibilities

• Design and improve complex mobile and web user flows with a focus on growth and product impact
• Identify growth opportunities, formulate hypotheses, and validate them through experiments
• Create intuitive, scalable, and visually strong interfaces
• Maintain consistency across products and contribute to design systems
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Research, and Analytics teams
• Use product metrics and user insights to drive design decisions and iterations

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• 5+ years of experience in product design (mobile-facing products preferred)
• Experience in growth, marketplaces, food tech, or ride-hailing is a strong plus
• Proven track record of working on complex, large-scale digital products
• Strong product thinking with the ability to influence business and product metrics
• Strong visual and UI design skills with attention to detail
• Experience designing for both mobile and web platforms
• Experience working with large-scale design systems
