What You Will Do
- Design and iterate on user interfaces and experiences using Figma, ensuring a seamless and engaging user journey.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to define design specifications and deliver high-quality design solutions.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions, enhancing the overall product usability.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
- Contribute to the development of design systems and guidelines that promote consistency across the product.
- Analyze user feedback and metrics to inform design improvements and drive user satisfaction.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 5–8 years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects.
- Proficiency in Figma and other design tools, demonstrating a solid understanding of design principles and best practices.
- Experience in conducting user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Preferred
- Experience in the Internet marketplace or AI sectors, bringing relevant insights to the design process.
- Familiarity with design systems and creating scalable design solutions.

Compensation and Benefits
