What You Will Do
- Lead the design process for user interfaces and experiences, ensuring a seamless interaction across platforms.
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and design specifications using Figma to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate user needs into functional design solutions.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on design improvements.
- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products.
- Analyze user feedback and metrics to inform design decisions and enhance user satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously elevate design quality.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 5+ years of experience in product design, specifically in UI/UX roles.
- Proficient in design tools such as Figma, with a strong understanding of HTML and CSS.
- Demonstrated ability to create user-centered designs that solve complex problems.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and methodologies.
Preferred
- Familiarity with agile development processes and working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Experience in the AI or consumer technology sectors, with an understanding of user needs in these markets.
- Knowledge of accessibility best practices in design.
Compensation and Benefits
