Wiser Solutions is a suite of in-store and eCommerce intelligence and execution tools. We're on a mission to enable brands, retailers, and retail channel partners to gather intelligence and automate actions to optimize pricing, marketing, and operations initiatives, both in-store and online. Our Commerce Execution Suite is available globally.

Essential Functions

• Control the end-to-end design process for B2B pricing intelligence products and internal operations tools, from discovery to delivery, ensuring solutions align with business objectives and address user needs.
• Conduct user research with retail clients through interviews, usability testing, and workflow observation to identify pain points and uncover opportunities.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers to define product requirements, translate complex data insights into intuitive, actionable user experiences.
• Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for web applications, ensuring usability, accessibility, and responsive design standards are met.
• Analyze product usage data, KPIs, and user feedback to iterate on existing features, improve adoption, and drive measurable business outcomes.
• Develop and maintain scalable design systems, patterns, and component libraries to ensure consistency and efficiency across design teams.

• Telecommuting permitted from anywhere in the United Statess

Qualifications

Requirements

• Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Design, Graphic Design, Media, Instructional Technology & Media, or Human-Computer Interaction and Completion of a university level course, internship, research project, or thesis involving the following:
• User research such as conducting interviews, usability testing, and surveys.
• Creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for iOS and Android platforms.
• UX/UI design.
• Using analytics to improve feature adoption.
• Aligning design solutions with KPIs.

Base pay is one part of our total compensation package. Pay is established on an individual basis after considering multiple factors such as relevant experience, education, and other qualifications. In addition, we take into account geographical differentials and make sure pay is equitable with our current staff. For this position, our hiring range for base annual pay is estimated to be USD$120,598 at the time of this posting. Performance-based discretionary bonuses and variable pay plans are available for some positions.
