As a Product Designer, you will play a key role in shaping intuitive and engaging digital experiences across a suite of fan-focused products and platforms. Working at the intersection of design, product, and engineering, you will craft seamless user journeys for applications, websites, and interactive experiences. This role goes beyond screen-level design, focusing on building scalable design systems and reusable components that ensure consistency and efficiency across multiple products. You will contribute to creating high-quality, user-centric experiences that drive engagement, usability, and long-term product success.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end user experiences for interactive digital products, ensuring intuitive navigation and high engagement.
• Create wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes to bring product ideas to life.
• Develop and maintain scalable design systems and reusable UI components for consistent product experiences.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineering teams to translate business requirements into effective design solutions.
• Design modular interfaces that can be adapted across multiple products and use cases.
• Leverage user data, insights, and experimentation to continuously improve product usability and engagement.
• Participate in product discovery, brainstorming sessions, and design reviews to refine product direction.
• Ensure visual consistency, accessibility, and performance across all digital touchpoints.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to enhance product quality.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 5–8 years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or Interaction Design, with a strong portfolio of consumer-facing digital products.
• Strong foundation in UX principles, interaction design, and visual design.
• Experience in building and scaling design systems and working with modular UI frameworks.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma (mandatory) and familiarity with tools like Sketch or Adobe XD.
• Ability to think both creatively and strategically, balancing user needs with business goals.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Data-driven mindset with experience using insights and experimentation to refine designs.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with evolving requirements.
• Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality user experiences.
