About the RoleWe’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to help shape intuitive, high-impact product experiences for our customers. In this role, you’ll partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Leadership to design solutions that are both elegant and effective. You’ll own projects end-to-end—from discovery and research to interaction design and polished UI—while raising the bar for product quality across the team.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead end-to-end product design across key initiatives, from concept to launch.
  • Translate complex product problems into simple, intuitive user experiences
  • Partner closely with product managers and engineers to define product strategy and roadmap priorities.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
  • Improve and evolve our design system and design standards
  • Advocate for the customer experience and ensure usability and accessibility best practices.
  • Contribute to a culture of design excellence, mentoring others and raising the bar for quality.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of product design experience, ideally in SaaS or technology companies.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design thinking and shipped products
  • Expertise in interaction design, UX, and visual design
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Figma (or similar).
  • Experience collaborating closely with product managers and engineers in agile environments
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills to explain design decisions.

Nice to Have

  • Experience designing B2B SaaS or sales tools
  • Familiarity with design systems and scalable UI frameworks
  • Experience with data-informed design and experimentation
