Senior Product Designer Opportunity

Full Time, onsite in Sausalito, CA

We're seeking a talented Product Designer to join our client's team, working with a cutting-edge education company that's reimagining the K-12 education system. As a full-stack education company, our client is operating real schools and empowering educators to launch educational classes in their communities.

About the Role

This role is based in-office in Sausalito CA, where you'll work alongside design leadership on diverse challenges spanning traditional digital product design. You'll drive projects from discovery to delivery, engaging with students, families, and teachers to understand their needs and design innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design web dashboards, mobile apps, TV applications, open house materials, school signage, and operational tools

Independently drive projects, conducting user research, designing at different fidelities, and prototyping

Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify project scope and objectives

Develop high-quality, polished designs with a strong "why" behind your decisions

What We're Looking For

4+ years of full-time product or UI/UX design experience

Portfolio showcasing modern designs, project impact, and user feedback

Clear and concise communication style with strong design rationale

Experience designing for web and mobile platforms

Ability to work with stakeholders to clarify project scope and objectives

Diverse backgrounds and unique perspectives beyond traditional digital design are highly valued
