Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) Operations Product organization provides critical cross line of business support across JPMC and serves as one of the largest product portfolios in CCB, delivering value to millions of customers and over 30,000 employees. As a Senior Product Delivery Associate in Portfolio Strategy and Automation, you are trusted with enabling the delivery of products in a stable and scalable way. Work with cross-function teams, build key relationships, and enable the product to continuously deliver value. As an emerging member of the team, you will work across the organization and enable the product to continuously deliver value, while gaining skills and experience to grow within your role.

Job responsibilities
  • Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to execute on key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost efficiencies
  • Supports the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
  • Raises blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resources
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for complex applications and systems
  • Enhance and optimize automation frameworks and testing processes to improve stability and reuse
  • Translate requirements into reusable test cases/scenarios and integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines
  • Execute automated and manual tests, analyze results, and drive defects through closure
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and testing partners to deliver high-quality releases
  • Participate in test automation code reviews and provide clear, constructive feedback
  • Mentor junior testers and pilot new tools/techniques to improve efficiency and coverage
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Demonstrated performance in either product management or relevant domain area
  • Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities
  • Experience in product deployment processes
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT (or equivalent experience)
  • 4+ years in software testing, with a strong focus on test automation
  • Hands-on experience with at least one modern automation framework (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium)
  • Proficient in a test automation programming language (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, C#)
  • Experience with test management/defect tracking and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jira/TestRail; Jenkins/GitLab)
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Developed knowledge of the product development life cycle
  • Experience supporting more than one CCB Operations Function/Line of Business
  • Experience building and maintaining automation frameworks (for example, page object model or data-driven approaches)
  • Experience with application programming interface testing using tools such as Postman or REST Assured
  • Working knowledge of database validation using structured query language
  • Experience documenting and presenting test results and automation approaches to partners
  • Comfort representing a testing workstream at a program level
