As a Senior Product Delivery Associate in Digital Channels, you are trusted with enabling the delivery of products in a stable and scalable way. Work with cross-functional teams, build key relationships, and enable the product to continuously deliver value. Lead end-to-end processes, manage dependencies, and liaise with stakeholders as part of a team at the forefront of innovation.

Job responsibilities

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure readiness, manage dependencies, and deliver benefits realization for process improvement initiatives.
  • Facilitate regular intake, triage, and prioritization discussions with Product, Tech, Operations, and stakeholder teams to clarify goals, assess value, identify dependencies, and determine next steps
  • Maintain strong intake and backlog hygiene: remove duplicates, group related requests, document business context, define acceptance criteria, and ensure items are ready for prioritization or delivery handoff
  • Facilitate coordination forums to connect cross-team threads, drive decisions, and prevent gaps
  • Apply a quality-focused lens to plans and delivery artifacts to reduce ambiguity and rework
  • Champions innovation and modernization by identifying opportunities to leverage emerging technologies, AI-enabled capabilities, and automation tools to improve delivery effectiveness, operational efficiency, and employee experience.

Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities

  • Ability to lead within a highly complex environment and adapt to change.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong individual ownership and ability to drive outcomes through influence
  • Excellent stakeholder management and written communication; able to explain priorities, trade-offs, and decisions clearly
  • Ability to create clarity from ambiguity by defining measurable outcomes, milestones, and acceptance criteria

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Working knowledge of delivery and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, dashboards, intake queues, and reporting workflows
  • Experience with portfolio-level tracking and process improvement initiatives
  • Familiarity with large-scale product portfolios and operational optimization
  • Experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
