Summary of Role

岗位概述

• Develop and implement annual responsible territory’s sales strategy in line with national sales strategy.

基于全国销售策略, 制定并实施所辖区域的年度销售策略

• Coordinate with distributors on sales plan execution, keep close relationship with Key Accounts/KOLs on daily maintenance, etc. to meet annual sales target.

通过推动经销商执行销售计划、日常维系和所辖区域重点客户及专家的紧密联系等来实现年度销售目标

Responsibilities and requirements

工作职责和要求

Achieve the responsible territory’s annual sales target.

完成公司年度所辖区域的销售指标

Initiate and execute annual sales plan and accurate forecast for responsible territory.

发起并执行所负责区域的年度销售计划和准确的销售预测

Collect and analyze the consolidated market and competitors’ trends, and coordinate with central marketing/field marketing team on territory’s sales strategy execution and adjustment if needed.

收集并分析市场及竞品动态,并协同中央市场部/区域市场团队执行所辖区域销售策略及调整(若需)

Responsible for territory’s tendering, distributor development and maintenance.

负责招投标工作、销售渠道扩展及维护工作

Regular visit customers especially key accounts to build and maintain good relationship.

定期拜访临床客户尤其是重点客户,建立并维持良好关系

Organize and initiate territory’s academic and promotion events in line with sales strategy and priority.

组织并发起学术研讨和推广活动以符合区域销售策略及优先重点

Attend and pass the training and training tests arranged by the company on time and punctually to obtain the qualification certificate, including but not limited to New Sales Qualification Training (NSQT), Compliance Training, etc.

按时准时参加并通过公司安排的培训和培训测试，取得合格证书，包括但不限于新销售资格认证培训（NSQT）、合规培训等。

Learn and understand the various policies and procedures of the company and adheres to all compliance requirements in the business.

学习并了解公司的各个政策和流程，在业务中遵守各项合规要求。

Carry out other work schedules and instructions of the supervisor. 执行主管的其他工作安排和指令。

Education & Industry experience:

学历以及行业工作经验要求：

• College degree and above in business, marketing, medical is preferred.
• 专科学历及以上, 市场、医学专业优先

Position Experience:

职位工作经验要求：

• At least 4 years and above sales experience in medical field.
• 4年及以上医疗领域销售经验

Skills and Competency:

• Market analysis skill 具备市场分析能力
• Problem-solving skill & complicated affairs handling skill 解决问题能力及处理复杂事务的能力
• Good communication skill and negotiation skill 较好的沟通技巧和谈判能力
