About the role:
The Product Care Engineer is responsible for delivering technical documentation on time, ensuring high quality and full compliance with guidelines. This includes maintaining accurate and complete Bills of Materials (BOMs), User Manuals, Graphics, Labels, and all documentation supporting Variant Generation activities.
The position also includes the management and implementation of Product Cost and Quality Improvement initiatives, acting as project leader or technical leader at plant level.
What you’ll do:
As a Product Care Engineer, you will be asked to:
Develop & update Bill of Materials for new products and manage the maintenance of existing product by:
- analyzing product specifications, engineering drawings.
- ensuring BOMs remain aligned with manufacturing requirements, compliance and legislative requirements
- Coordinating with R&D, Manufacturing Engineering, Procurement, and Suppliers to ensure project execution
Develop & update Graphics for control panels according to guidelines and commercial spec.
Develop & update User Manuals documentation
Develop & update Labelling Data ensuring alignment with regulatory, commercial, and branding specifications.
Lead and execute Cost Optimization and quality improvement activities as Project/technical leader from idea initiation until projects implementation. Collaborate with related team to deliver cost efficient solution to meet the company target
Create, define and ensure the detailed development of a Project plan, detailed with roles and responsibilities, lead time and deliverables
Prepare samples, approve it and ensure the execution of industrial trials for validation and approval
Who you are / Your qualifications:
Fluent Italian and English languages
High-school diploma - Bachelor's degree
Experience in the home appliance industry will be considered an advantage
5+ years’ experience in technical documentation / product development, Cost reduction and Quality improvement in the R&D department of home appliances
Experience with Microsoft Office Package/Catia/NX/AI/Teamcenter/CMS/SAP/Microsoft project

Where you’ll be
You will be based at the Electrolux plant, Product Care office, located in Oława.
Necessary to be available for traveling.
