Job Description

Help shape the products that power how customers and partners get service—accurately, securely, and consistently. You will work on products and shared services used across multiple partner programs, partnering with teams across product, design, engineering, and operations to deliver measurable improvements.

As a Senior Product Associate Lead in our Cobrand and Partner Servicing product team, you drive discovery, definition, and delivery of products and services that improve end-to-end servicing experiences. You translate customer, partner, and internal user needs into clear requirements, prioritize work with the product manager, and coordinate delivery across multiple teams. You use research and performance metrics to continuously improve what we build and how we build it. Depending on business needs and your strengths, you may align to a focus area in platform services or partner servicing.

Job responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) including discovery, refining & documenting requirements, own sprint prioritization, sprint plan and product backlog and launch with partners
  • Define success metrics so you can measure impact and provide data-informed KPIs
  • Partner with the product manager to identify opportunities through user research, discovery, and market insights
  • Support journey mapping and customer feedback collection to inform the roadmap and feature hypotheses
  • Own documentation of requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development
  • Consider upstream and downstream impacts of changes to ensure a cohesive end-to-end experience
  • Track and evaluate delivery and product performance metrics, including speed, cost, and quality outcomes
  • Own dependency management and track key milestones across impacted product and functional teams
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and operations to plan, build, test, and launch features
  • Ensure end-to-end quality by defining acceptance criteria and partnering with test readiness and automated testing teams on validation strategy
  • Define clear acceptance criteria and support test planning, including edge and negative scenarios
  • Communicate progress, risks, tradeoffs, and decisions to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into delivery plans
  • Work with relationship management teams, partner program teams, and external partners to deliver quarterly feature epics and sprint-level priorities

Required qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience (or equivalent expertise) in product management or a related domain
  • Experience owning a product backlog and making prioritization decisions to deliver outcomes
  • Track record features or product improvements to production and iterating based on results
  • Experience leading discovery (customer and user research, journey analysis, problem definition) and translating it into clear product requirements and a roadmap
  • Strong understanding of the product development life cycle from discovery through delivery and iteration
  • Experience with discovery, requirements definition, and prioritization practices
  • Developing knowledge of data analytics and strong data literacy fundamentals
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to learn new tools and processes quickly and explain complex requirements to diverse audiences
