Job Description

Unlock your potential to shape payment products used by clients at scale. Join a collaborative team where user insights and performance data drive what we build next, and where your work directly improves customer outcomes. Grow your product management career through hands-on delivery, cross-functional partnership, and exposure to complex, high-impact work.

As a Senior Product Associate at JPMorganChase within Commercial & Investment Bank's Wholesale Payments unit, you support the development and optimization of Automated Clearing House payment capabilities. You partner with cross-functional teams to translate customer needs into clear requirements and measurable product outcomes. You use user research, customer feedback, and product metrics to inform priorities and improve the end-to-end product experience.
In this role, you will help define and deliver product enhancements from discovery through launch, balancing customer value, operational readiness, and dependencies across teams. You will contribute to the product roadmap by bringing forward insights from research, journey mapping, and market analysis. You will also help monitor delivery progress and product performance using clear metrics across time, cost, and quality.

Job Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Commercialisation team to identify and size customer and market opportunities through discovery and user research.
Translate insights from customer feedback, journey mapping, and market analysis into roadmap inputs and feature hypotheses.
  • Define clear product requirements, epics, and user stories that enable efficient delivery and shared understanding across teams.
  • Assess upstream and downstream impacts of new features to protect the overall product experience and operational readiness.
  • Track delivery and performance metrics across the product development life cycle, including time, cost, and quality measures.
  • Evaluate feature outcomes post-release and recommend improvements based on data, user feedback, and observed performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align scope, sequencing, and dependencies to support predictable execution.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 3+ years of experience in product management or a closely related domain (or equivalent practical expertise).
  • Working knowledge of the product development life cycle from discovery through delivery and release.
  • Experience supporting discovery and requirements definition (for example, documenting needs, acceptance criteria, and user stories).
  • Ability to analyze and communicate product metrics (time, cost, and quality) using basic data literacy.
  • Experience writing requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience working effectively in a matrixed, complex organization.
  • Demonstrated track record supporting successful product launches at scale.
  • Experience presenting product strategy, trade-offs, and progress updates to senior stakeholders.
