About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to shape how data drives one of Europe’s fastest-growing Retail Media and Advertising platforms. Sitting at the intersection of e-commerce, AdTech, and MarTech, you will enable smarter decisions across sponsored products, audience targeting, and campaign performance measurement.

Working closely with Product, Data, and Commercial teams, you will define how we measure advertiser success — from attribution and incrementality to campaign optimisation and audience insights. Your work will directly influence how advertisers understand ROI and how we scale a high-performing retail media ecosystem built on trusted first-party data.

About your tasks:

  • Generate deep insights into campaign performance and user behaviour, analysing conversion funnels, ad interactions, and revenue drivers within our retail media ecosystem
  • Own and evolve measurement frameworks, including attribution models, incrementality testing, and advertiser ROI tracking
  • Drive experimentation in an advertising context, designing and analysing A/B tests for ad placements, bidding strategies, and relevance models
  • Build and scale self-service analytics and dashboards for internal stakeholders and commercial teams to optimise campaign performance and audience strategies
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams to define KPIs, tracking concepts, and data models across Retail Media and MarTech use cases

Qualifications

About you:

  • You bring 5+ years of experience in Product Analytics or Data Analytics, with strong exposure to Retail Media, AdTech, MarTech, or digital advertising environments
  • You have a solid understanding of advertising metrics, attribution models, and campaign measurement, and how advertiser ROI connects to business outcomes
  • You are highly proficient in SQL and data analysis, and comfortable working with large-scale datasets, experimentation setups, and data pipelines
  • You think in a structured, data-first way, enjoy working with cross-functional stakeholders, and are motivated by turning complex data into clear commercial impact
