The Impact You'll Have

The Senior Product Analyst will research, identify and support the build of high value Social determinants of health (SDOH) features, support backlog health and conduct regular evaluations to assess product performance against goals and benchmarks. Product Analysts will partner with the Product Managers, Product Owners and agile delivery teams.

As a Senior Product Analyst, you should have excellent research and problem-solving skills, an understanding of complex program development, comprehensive understanding of the product development lifecycle and the ability to communicate effectively. You will ensure ongoing product support which may include story writing, documentation, and testing input. The Senior Product Analyst will also help manage the backlog and provide input around opportunities for improvement.

What You'll Do

  • Responsible for gathering and interpreting data from various sources, identifying key insights, and providing actionable recommendations to drive product development and enhancement.
  • Collaborate with team(s) and Stakeholder(s) to discover and deliver the best solution to the market problem(s) presented by the Product Manager or Product Owner (business).
  • Working with a variety of internal and external partners to elicit and document business requirements for user stories.

How You'll Do It

  • Help Product Owner and scrum team to plan work in upcoming sprints, considering a variety of factors such as priority, effort/cost, complexity, dependencies, and business and system impacts
  • Provide input into complex business cases and vendor relationships, and document the technology/business needs into product backlog stories/items.
  • Attends sprint ceremonies and is available to team during the sprint for clarifications and acceptance of user stories.
  • Aid where needed throughout sprints for the development team, such as answering questions on requirements and providing input on testing strategy.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation of system and business processes.
  • Build strong relationships with team members, business users, stakeholders, subject matter experts, vendors, to help navigate through problems, decisions, and related implications.
  • Act as a mentor for other product analysts and scrum team members
  • Performs additional responsibilities consistent with the scope and level of the role, as assigned.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of related project/program management professional experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree; in lieu of a degree, an additional two years of relevant experience beyond the qualifications listed above may be accepted.

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Ability to communicate complex topics clearly and concisely, actively listen to anticipate stakeholder needs, and align others to drive informed decisions.
  • Ability to analyze complex information, evaluate options, and work cross-functionally to drive resolution and prevent recurrence.
  • Ability to effectively organize work, balance competing priorities, and manage time across complex assignments and competing deadlines.
  • Healthcare or managed care experience.
  • Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, to deliver solutions.
  • Experience with agile planning tools such as Jira and/or Mural.
  • Experience in data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience in program management and process improvement with high level of execution focus.
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively cross-functionally, bridging gaps between technical and non-technical teams to achieve product goals.
  • Knowledge of community health, public health, or related domain areas.

Role Designation

Hybrid

Role designation definition:

  • Teleworking is working full time remote.
  • Hybrid is a minimum of 2 days onsite.

Compensation and Benefits

$90,800.00 - $120,300.00 - $149,800.00 Annual

Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position, including skills, ability, and knowledge the selected individual is bringing to the specific job.
