Job Description

Join our Product & Technology team and lead end-to-end product delivery across enterprise content management and card solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to translate business needs into actionable roadmaps, user stories, and validated features.

As a Senior Product Analyst within Fulfillment & Archival Services team , you proactively drive projects, engage stakeholders, and remain involved throughout the full product lifecycle from concept to implementation. You gather requirements, write user stories, manage backlogs, to ensure high-quality product delivery. You partner with Product Owners, Client Managers, and cross-functional teams to refine roadmaps and deliver customer-focused solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Drives projects, engage team members, and remain involved throughout the full product lifecycle from concept to implementation.
  • Attend and actively participate in Agile ceremonies, scrum meetings, and agile events.
  • Gather requirements via feedback sessions, focus groups, and user groups to define scope and personas.
  • Write business scope documents, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and user testing objectives.
  • Define user personas, process maps, and flows to support requirements and feature development.
  • Partner with Product Owners and APOs to refine backlog, execute roadmap, and present feature strategies.
  • Perform end-to-end UAT from a user perspective and execute production validations and lessons learned.
  • Collaborate with Client Managers to evaluate scope, requirements, and schedules; act as an escalation point for clients.
  • Facilitate customer-focused solutions and drive product vision across stakeholder groups.
  • Manage existing features, lead research for new features, and support MVP, testing, and user experience testing.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to implement changes in policies, processes, and tools; support occasional after-hours or weekend work for implementations or production events.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 7+ years as a Business/Product Analyst with Agile methods.
  • Experience in business requirements, story writing, testing conditions, use cases, and validation criteria.
  • Experience in Credit Card Domain

  • Independent, self-directed, and collaborative.
  • Experience with Visio for documenting and creating process flows.
  • Familiarity with Agile tools (Confluence, Jira, Jira Align).
  • Strong organizational, time, and project management skills.
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
  • Attention to detail and adaptability to shifting priorities.
  • Ability to work with Architects and Developers in refining the epics
  • Exposure to Document creation tools and relevant working experience in Document Management systems
