Job Description

As a Senior Product Analyst on the Chase Travel Platform Rebuild team, you will play a critical role in supporting the phased migration of our platform and user interface. You will partner with the engineering team to ensure the new platform delivers on performance, reliability, and business goals. Your analytical insights and cross-functional collaboration will help drive momentum and minimize risk throughout this transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate requirements into actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements for platform and UI build.
  • Support the phased migration of the Chase Travel platform, leveraging proven release tactics to minimize risk and customer impact.
  • Define, track, and report on reliability and observability metrics, ensuring these are core product goals with clear performance targets.
  • Build commercial acumen in the travel industry to inform pricing, merchandising, and partner strategy decisions.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment and facilitate decision-making to maintain project momentum through change.
  • Gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements from stakeholders across product, engineering, and commercial teams.
  • Monitor platform performance, user feedback, and migration progress to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Champion a customer-centric approach in all product decisions, ensuring the rebuilt platform delivers an exceptional travel experience.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Ability to translate business and commercial needs into technical requirements.
  • Experience as a product analyst, business analyst, or similar role in a technology-driven environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound architectural trade-offs.
  • Understanding of agile product development and phased release strategies.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities, including cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and drive momentum through change.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Experience in platform migration, systems architecture, or large-scale technology transformation projects.
  • Experience tracking and reporting on reliability, observability, and performance metrics.
  • Background in travel or e-commerce.
