Mission

DoorLoop is looking for a Senior Product Analyst to join the central Data team and help drive both product growth and customer experience improvements through data. The analyst will serve as a key partner for the Product, Engineering, and Customer Experience teams—owning the analysis and reporting that connect how people use the product with how they experience it day to day.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze product usage and customer behavior to identify trends, friction points, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports that track key metrics such as adoption, engagement, retention, NPS, and support-related insights.
  • Partner with Product Managers to define success metrics for new features and monitor their impact after launch.
  • Collaborate with CX leadership to measure and improve the customer journey across onboarding, support, and long-term retention.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses to guide roadmap prioritization and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Support experimentation (A/B tests) and measure the impact of product and CX initiatives.
  • Work closely with Engineering and Data teams to ensure accurate tracking and reliable data foundations.
  • Respond quickly to ad hoc data requests from Product and CX teams.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in product analytics, customer experience analytics, or a similar role in a SaaS or tech company.
  • Fluency in SQL and comfort working with large datasets, ideally in cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake.
  • Experience building dashboards in BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or similar.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Curiosity, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to identifying problems and opportunities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work cross-functionally across Product, CX, and Engineering.
  • Experience designing, running, and interpreting A/B tests to validate hypotheses and measure product impact.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence stakeholders at different levels.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Structured approach to problem-solving, balancing attention to detail with focus on business outcomes.
  • Experience with event-based product analytics tools (such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, PostHog) - Advantage
  • Experience working closely with both Product and CX teams in a high-growth SaaS environment - Advantage
  • Experience with customer feedback analysis, support data, or churn prediction - Advantage
