  • Experience: Proven track record as a Senior Product Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or Data Analyst delivering complex digital products and software solutions in an Agile framework.

Technical & Functional Capabilities:

  • Agile Requirements Management: Expertise in writing clear user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, and comprehensive technical documentation.

Core Competencies & Soft Skills:

  • Stakeholder Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts and data findings into clear, compelling insights for non-technical business leaders and stakeholders.
  • Facilitation & Alignment: Proven track record of leading discovery workshops, managing stakeholder expectations, and driving cross-functional alignment.
  • Critical Thinking: A strong problem-solving mindset with the drive to question legacy processes and champion innovative, high-quality digital solutions.
  • Proactive Ownership: Highly self-motivated, proactive, and structured approach to taking ownership of initiatives and navigating complex, fast-paced environments.
