The Senior Procurement Specialist – Operations enables the commercial execution of service-based and operational contracts across T5’s portfolio by translating site-defined requirements and vendor selections into structured, enforceable agreements aligned to cost, performance, and risk objectives.

This role partners closely with site leadership and operational teams to convert service requirements into clear contractual and performance frameworks, ensuring pricing models, service expectations, and risk allocation are well-defined and executable.

Operating within a decentralized delivery model, site teams retain ownership of operational requirements and vendor selection, while this role brings consistency, clarity, and discipline to the commercial and contractual components of those engagements.

In addition to hands-on contract execution, this position strengthens site capability by providing real-time guidance, coaching, and practical support to improve service definition, vendor comparison, and overall commercial decision-making across the portfolio.

    • Lead contract negotiations to align pricing models, service expectations, and risk allocation with operational requirements
    • Evaluate vendor proposals from a commercial perspective, identifying gaps in scope, pricing inconsistencies, and potential risk exposure
    • Structure agreements with clear service definitions, performance expectations, cost drivers, and financial terms to support reliable service delivery
    • Develop and refine performance-based frameworks, including service levels, key performance indicators, and accountability mechanisms
    • Partner with site leadership to ensure operational requirements are clearly defined and contractually aligned
    • Coordinate with Legal, Risk, and internal stakeholders to resolve commercial and contractual considerations
    • Prepare and route agreements through internal approval workflows to support timely execution
    • Provide real-time commercial guidance to site teams during vendor engagement and proposal review
    • Coach site leads on service scoping, vendor comparison, and commercial best practices to improve decision quality
    • Promote consistent use of templates, playbooks, and standardized contracting approaches to improve efficiency and scalability across sites
    • Identify opportunities to improve commercial outcomes, including cost structure optimization, service efficiency, and contract clarity
    • Support end-to-end contract execution activities, ensuring alignment with internal systems and documentation standards

Qualifications

    • 8+ years of experience in procurement, facilities management, or service-based contracting
    • Strong understanding of service delivery models, cost structures, and performance-based contracting principles
    • Proven experience negotiating complex, recurring service agreements in a multi-site or portfolio environment
    • Experience working cross-functionally with Legal, Risk, and Operations teams
    • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, multi-site environment
    • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
    • Ability to influence and guide stakeholders without direct authority
