Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Procurement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will act as a trusted business partner for internal stakeholders and a key contact for our suppliers, ensuring smooth and efficient procurement operations. You will play an important role in driving sourcing strategies, managing supplier relationships, optimizing costs, and supporting cross-functional collaboration. Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree – Chemistry or Sciences, master’s degree in business or sciences is a plus
• 10+ years of experience in procurement/Strategic sourcing of Direct and Indirect materials and Services
• Experience with strategic sourcing methodologies, structured contract negotiations and supplier performance management
• A strong knowledge of chemistry and chemical market background is preferred.
• Effective time management skills in order to facilitate multiple priorities and firm deadlines
• Strong analytical, financial analysis and problem solving skills
• Experience and working knowledge of SAP
• Proficient English writing and communication skills required
• Must be able to lead projects and teams effectively and drive for outstanding results

• Manage $60MM+ in Turkiye direct spend for chemical purchases/Indirect procurement
• Develop and execute regional Direct/indirect /Logistics procurement strategies aligned with business objectives
• Develop effective and efficient procurement strategies for categories under management
• Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to identify opportunities for cost savings
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop procurement plans
• Identify and implement cost savings projects which meet or exceed company objectives while ensuring reliable support
• Manage on-going supplier performance to meet or exceed all metrics regarding service, performance, quality, cost and sustainability

• Finalizing Quarterly pricing for the Raw materials and Finished Goods with contract manufacturers
• Forecast Raw material and Packaging material price trends and its impact on future activities
• Work closely with the legal department in drafting and executing the contracts with favourable terms and conditions
