We are seeking an experienced Senior Procurement Officer/Specialist to manage end-to-end procurement activities for a textile manufacturing setup. The role involves sourcing raw materials, accessories, and services while ensuring cost efficiency, quality compliance, and timely delivery from suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete procurement cycle, from requirement planning to supplier delivery
• Source and procure raw materials, accessories, and services required for textile manufacturing
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to achieve best cost, quality, and delivery terms
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and quality standards
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve delivery or quality-related issues
• Coordinate with production, planning, and finance teams to ensure uninterrupted operations
• Prepare and analyze procurement reports, cost analysis, and vendor comparisons
• Ensure timely procurement to support production schedules

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate degree (mandatory)
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in procurement
• Strong exposure to textile manufacturing industry
• Proven experience in sourcing raw materials and accessories
• Good negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills

• Excellent communication skills in English
