Mellon Technologies, on behalf of a leading banking group, is seeking to hire a Senior Procurement Officer to join the IT Procurement department.
By joining this role, you’ll be part of the IT Strategic Procurement Department which is responsible for managing and processing demand related to IT goods and services as requested by the Bank’s Units and Subsidiaries.
As a Senior Procurement Officer, the candidate will contribute on the one hand to maintain the Bank's financial well-being and on the other hand to monitor and handle requests related to investment costs and operational needs. Important characteristics that the candidate should display for this position are the following: developed communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to synthesize and analyze data. In addition, creative thinking, confidentiality and taking initiative are key principles of the candidate's personality for the position.
