Job Description

The Senior Manager, Supplier Relationship Management & Operations leads ABM's Supplier Onboarding and Supplier Enablement functions and is accountable for an efficient, compliant, and scalable supplier lifecycle from onboarding through ongoing enablement and support.

The role provides strategic and operational leadership across Coupa SIM, supplier enablement, supplier master data, catalogs, supplier support, relationship management, and related integrations. It owns service delivery, team performance, capacity, process governance, SLAs, supplier experience, risk, and continuous improvement while partnering with Procurement, Purchasing Operations, AP, MDM, Technology, Finance, Risk, Legal, and business stakeholders.

The role also owns the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) implementation and ongoing operational administration, including contract loading, repository and metadata quality, workflow and process adoption, lifecycle maintenance, and coordination with Legal, Procurement, Technology, and business stakeholders.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $145,000.00/yr

  • Lead Supplier Onboarding and Supplier Enablement with end-to-end accountability for supplier lifecycle operations, service delivery, team performance, and supplier experience.
  • Oversee supplier onboarding, maintenance, reactivation, deactivation, and profile changes through Coupa SIM and related systems in accordance with ABM policies and controls.
  • Govern Supplier Enablement activities, including Form 1/Form 2 review and approval, CSP adoption, supplier communications, and enablement support.
  • Manage workload, staffing, prioritization, capacity, cross-training, backup coverage, SLAs, escalation paths, quality standards, and team performance.
  • Oversee hosted catalog governance and PunchOut enablement in partnership with suppliers, Category Management, and Technology.
  • Partner with MDM and Technology to resolve Coupa, MDM, OCF, and related integration failures; drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Lead supplier support channels, including ServiceNow, supplier mailbox inquiries, Supplier Office Hours, Supplier Town Halls, training, and self-service resources.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs for cycle time, SIM processing, ticket volume/aging, backlog, SLA performance, escalations, data quality, and productivity.
  • Serve as the senior escalation point for complex supplier, system, and relationship issues and coordinate cross-functional resolution.
  • Develop team capability and drive process standardization, documentation, automation, AI, self-service, transformation initiatives, testing, and risk mitigation.
  • Lead the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) implementation, including requirements, process design, testing, deployment, training, adoption, and transition to steady-state operations.
  • Manage the CLM repository and contract lifecycle by loading executed contracts, maintaining contract records and metadata, monitoring renewals, expirations, obligations, and key dates, and coordinating updates with Legal, Procurement, Technology, and business stakeholders.
  • Leads Supplier Relationship Management and Supplier Operations supporting an enterprise supplier base exceeding 8,000 active vendors.
  • Provides supervisory leadership across supplier onboarding and enablement resources, including performance management, workload allocation, capacity planning, and development.
  • Owns high-volume supplier intake, ServiceNow support, supplier lifecycle processing, catalog enablement, integration issue resolution, and supplier-facing support.
  • Accountable for SLAs, cycle times, backlog, quality, controls, business continuity, continuous improvement, and cross-functional outcomes.
  • Owns CLM implementation and ongoing administration, including contract loading, repository accuracy, lifecycle data maintenance, renewal and expiration visibility, controls, and user support.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, Finance, Operations, Information Systems, or related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
  • 7-10+ years of progressive experience in procurement operations, supplier relationship management, supplier onboarding/enablement, Source-to-Pay, Procure-to-Pay, or related operations.
  • 3-5+ years of people leadership experience with accountability for operational performance, workload management, and complex cross-functional processes.
  • Experience leading high-volume enterprise operations with competing priorities, service-level expectations, and senior stakeholders.
  • Experience with Coupa or a comparable procurement platform; Coupa SIM, CSP, catalogs, supplier master data, integrations, and transformation experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience implementing or administering a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solution, including contract repository migration or loading, metadata governance, workflow and process design, testing, training, and ongoing lifecycle maintenance.
  • Strong operational and people leadership skills with the ability to translate strategy into measurable execution and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strong knowledge of supplier lifecycle management, onboarding, enablement, master data, purchasing dependencies, controls, and supplier experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to use KPIs and data to manage capacity, workload, SLA performance, backlog, risk, and continuous improvement.
  • Strong analytical, root-cause analysis, problem-solving, decision-making, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
  • Experience with ServiceNow, Microsoft Office, and analytics tools such as Power BI; familiarity with OCF and MDM platforms preferred.
  • Ability to lead change, identify automation/AI/self-service opportunities, resolve escalations, and maintain business continuity in a fast-paced environment.
