You’re the person who turns great design ideas into real-world spaces people actually want to be in. As our Senior Procurement Manager FF&E, you sit right at the heart of it all connecting Design, Real Estate, and our external partners to make things happen. From sourcing standout furniture to locking in smart commercial deals, you know how to balance creativity with cost.

You’ll shape how we work with suppliers across Europe and beyond, building partnerships that last and pushing for better every time. There’s a lot going on at once, and that’s exactly how you like it. Multiple projects, new openings, big ambitions and you keeping it all moving smoothly.

What You’ll Do

  • Connect Design, Real Estate, and suppliers to bring projects to life
  • Negotiate smart, competitive deals across FF&E, Hard Costs, and OS&E
  • Run tenders from start to finish and keep them sharp and on track
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with key suppliers
  • Manage contracts, renewals, and everything in between
  • Team up with Legal to lock in solid agreements
  • Keep projects moving across multiple locations at once
  • Push for more sustainable and responsible sourcing choices

What You’ll Have

  • You have 5+ years in procurement, with strong FF&E experience
  • You bring experience from hospitality, real estate, or similar industries
  • You know your way around supplier negotiations and contract management
  • You have a sharp commercial mindset and spot a good deal instantly
  • You’re organised and comfortable juggling multiple projects at once
  • You care about quality, cost, and sustainability equally
  • You’re fluent in English, another language is a plus
