TheSeniorProcurementManager,Constructionin Nyíregyháza,as an individual contributor,you will work very closely with external suppliersand internal Global workplace Projects team to ensure our factory expansion construction projects are well executed.

The Construction & Energy Procurement team sit within the Indirect Materials & Services Procurement Organization which spans across multiple areas of spends, covering all ELT areas. The organization is responsible for procuring facilities, IT/Digital, professional services, travel, distribution and logistics.
This is astrategic activity in our company to keep up with growth in the years to come– managing a large, complex global spend area The Construction teamis deeply engaged in formulatingstrategiesformanufacturing locations globally.This role also has a large opportunity to contribute to company’s sustainability ambition.
Core Responsibilities
Strategic Development: Collaborate with a global teamto create and implement aprocurement strategy thataligns with our organizational goals and industry bestpractices.
Continuous Improvement: Analyze lessons learned andtrending data to drive ongoing improvements in strategyand execution, ensuring we remain at the forefront ofindustry standards.
Contract Management Expertise: Leverage your high-level expertise in contract management and tenderingprocesses to optimize our procurement operations.
Future Roadmap Co-Creation: Work closely with theOperations Team to co-develop a forward-thinkingconstruction roadmap and strategy that meets ourevolving needs.
Long-Term Sourcing Strategies: Develop and executesourcing strategies that align with market insights,stakeholder requirements, and value-add potential.
Supplier Base Development: Build and maintain a globalsupplier base through effective contracting,negotiations, relationship management, riskmanagement, and performance evaluation.
Innovation and Productivity: Engage with suppliers totap into their expertise for innovation and productivityimprovements, fostering deep executive relationships.
Risk Management: Proactively manage supply-baserisks and establish strong business continuity andresiliency plans to minimize disruptions to our projects.
Stakeholder Engagement: Influence and nurture strongrelationships with key senior stakeholders to ensurealignment and collaboration across the organization.
Sustainability Initiatives: Drive the company’ssustainability ambitions by partnering with our globalsupply base and influencing sustainable practices.
KPI Performance Management: Secure and monitorsupplier KPI performance, ensuring we meet ourstrategic objectives.
Sourcing Execution: Ensure flawless execution ofsourcing events delivering results that exceedexpectations.
Do you have what it takes?
Relevant education inor similar qualification in Supply Chain, Procurement,Construction or other related field
Proven record inregional/global constructionexperiencewith scalable construction projects, have detailed experience and understanding of Hungarian construction industry and practices is preferred.
Solid experiencein Procurement in a multi-national company
Familiar with FIDIC construction contract models
Transformation experience
Experience in working across multiple functions and matrixed organizations
