Your Responsibilities:

• You analyse business demand and conduct market analysis to identify best-fit suppliers

• You manage internal stakeholders and guide them through the end-to-end sourcing process

• You drive sourcing projects and lead complex, high-value negotiations

• You develop commercial contracts and ensure alignment with business targets and KPIs

• You monitor and manage contract-related performance metrics

• You build and maintain strong, sustainable relationships with suppliers and stakeholders across multiple management levels

• You continuously challenge the status quo and identify opportunities to improve procurement processes, governance, and efficiency

Your Profile

• At least 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Management / Procurement, ideally in an IT environment

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or similar

• Strong understanding of category management, sourcing strategies, and procurement processes

• Proven negotiation skills and ability to manage complex stakeholder environments

• High level of ownership, accountability, and customer orientation

• Fluent English and German (C1 level)
