
Senior Procurement Executive
Job Responsibilities
Source and evaluate global and local suppliers based on cost, quality, reliability, and compliance
Lead negotiations for contracts, pricing, payment terms, and service-level agreements
Manage end-to-end procurement cycle
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, import/export procedures, and documentation
Coordinate closely with logistics, finance, and operations teams for smooth supply chain execution
Monitor supplier performance using KPIs and drive continuous improvement
Identify and implement cost-saving and value-engineering initiatives
Handle risk management including supply disruptions, price fluctuations, and vendor dependency
Oversee inventory planning in coordination with warehouse and operations teams
Ensure adherence to company procurement policies, audit requirements, and ethical standards
Prepare procurement reports, spend analysis, and forecasts for management
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
4–8 years of proven experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple suppliers and complex procurement cycles.
Knowledge of customs regulations and trade compliance
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
