Senior Procurement Executive

Job Responsibilities

  • Source and evaluate global and local suppliers based on cost, quality, reliability, and compliance

  • Lead negotiations for contracts, pricing, payment terms, and service-level agreements

  • Manage end-to-end procurement cycle

  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, import/export procedures, and documentation

  • Coordinate closely with logistics, finance, and operations teams for smooth supply chain execution

  • Monitor supplier performance using KPIs and drive continuous improvement

  • Identify and implement cost-saving and value-engineering initiatives

  • Handle risk management including supply disruptions, price fluctuations, and vendor dependency

  • Oversee inventory planning in coordination with warehouse and operations teams

  • Ensure adherence to company procurement policies, audit requirements, and ethical standards

  • Prepare procurement reports, spend analysis, and forecasts for management

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field

  • 4–8 years of proven experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Ability to manage multiple suppliers and complex procurement cycles.

  • Knowledge of customs regulations and trade compliance

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
