Acrisure is seeking aSr.Procurement Analyst-Analytics &Systems to join our team inGrand Rapids, MI.This role will report totheSr. Procurement Category Manager - Analytics & Systems It willassistwith ownership, administration, and continuous improvement of the Procurement Team’s core technology and analytics solutions. It plays a critical part in enabling scalable, data driven procurement operations by ensuring sourcing and analytics platforms are effectively configured, governed, and aligned to business needs.

A primary focus of this role is servingas the system administrator for theLevelpathsourcing and supplier management platform, supporting third party vendor relationships across the enterprise. In addition, this role supports the enhancement oftheProcurementTeam’s data and reporting framework through the continued implementation and optimization of business intelligence tools such as Tableau andSpendHQ

The ideal candidate brings a combination of process ownership, technical fluency, strong data judgment, and business partnership, with the ability to translate evolving procurement and stakeholder needs into sustainablesystemand analytics solutions.

Responsibilities:

Procurement System Administration

  • Serve as the primary system administrator forLevelpath, ensuring effective configuration, governance, and adoption across Procurement.
  • Manage user access, workflows, templates, approval structures, and data standards to support sourcing events andthirdpartyvendor lifecycle management.
  • Act as thecentral pointof contact for system issues, enhancements, vendor coordination, and roadmap planning related to procurement platforms.
  • Translate Procurement and stakeholder requirements into system configurations or enhancement requests, balancing usability, control, and scalability.

Procurement Analytics & Business Intelligence

  • Assistwiththeevolution of Procurement’s analytics framework, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and usability across reporting platforms.
  • Oversee and enhance dashboards and reporting solutions using tools such as Tableau andSpendHQto support spend visibility, supplier insights, and performance tracking.
  • Define andmaintaindata models, hierarchies, and business rules that enable repeatable, trusted insights across Procurement and Finance.

CrossFunctionalPartnership & Initiative Support

  • Partner closely with IT, Finance, Legal, and Risk to align procurement technology capabilities with enterprise systems and data strategies.
  • Serve as asubjectmatterexpert on procurement platforms, advising stakeholders on system capabilities, data interpretation, and best practices.
  • Influence adoption and change by combining technical understanding with clear communication and business context.

Requirements

Procurement Technology & Systems Expertise

  • Strong understanding of procurement processes and how technology enables scalable sourcing and supplier management.
  • Ability to translate business needs into system configuration, governance, and enhancement requirements.

Data & Analytics Enablement

  • Experience designing andmaintainingdata structures, dashboards, and reporting frameworks that supportdecisionmaking
  • Strong data judgment that prioritizes understanding of tradeoffs between speed, precision, and sustainability.

Support & Initiative

  • Takesaccountability for system performance, data quality, and user experience.
  • Proactivelyidentifiesrisks, improvement opportunities, andlongertermtechnology needs.

Stakeholder Influence & Communication

  • Builds credibility with procurement leaders andcrossfunctionalpartners through clear communication and practical solutions.
  • Able to influence adoption and behavior changes with limited support from direct authority.

Problem Solving & Adaptability

  • Approaches ambiguous challenges with structure and curiosity.
  • Balances continuous improvement with operational stability in afastpacedenvironment.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Finance, ora relatedfield.
  • 3-6 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, procurement analytics, or procurement systems roles.
  • Demonstrated experience administering or owning procurement or sourcing platforms (e.g.,Levelpath, Coupa, Ariba, Workday, etc.).
  • Experience developing or supporting procurement analytics using BI tools such as Tableau,SpendHQ, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Proventrack recordof independently supporting systems, processes, or analytical frameworks with limited oversight.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
