Job Description

Analyze training needs in collaboration with subject matter experts and relevant stakeholders. Delivers and implements training for employees with learning principles and appropriate standard operating procedures and regulatory guidelines (where applicable). Ensures the integrity, consistency, and quality of the training materials.

of Responsibilities:

  • Create and revise training materials based on procedural, system, and regulation updates.
  • Choose appropriate training methods for the identified training requirements and/or needs.
  • Interact with Fortrea training team for project specific trainings via Fortrea learning management system.
  • Responsible in conducting trainings, POC for client specific trainings and checks the effectiveness of the trainings as required.
  • Ensures that all associates involved in the PV project are trained in appropriate regulations, procedural requirements, and systems.
  • Responsible for coordinating training for team and to ensure appropriate documentation is completed for the entire team.
  • Ensures training process for the project is up to date and followed meticulously.
  • All other duties as needed or assigned.

Qualifications (Minimum Required):

  • Bachelor in Pharmacy or related Science, or Bachelor in Medical Science or related area or Masters in Pharmacy or related area, or equivalent qualification and experience.

Experience (Minimum Required):

  • More than 4 years’ experience in a pharmaceutical or healthcare industry with at least 1 to 2-years of experience as trainer preferably in call center set up or related field, preferably in medical information center and with training and development experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Speech, written, reading and comprehension), ability to manager and motivate team and good understanding of Global PV regulations.
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize medical information.
  • Solid analytical and decision-making skills to assess the gaps and leaner needs.
  • Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office suite applications.
  • High degree of accuracy with attention to detail.

  • Office environment or remote.
