About the role

Our Process Safety team, composed of 9 people, is integrated within the HSE department and focuses on driving Process Safety Management (PSM) excellence across our industrial operations, ensuring the effective identification, assessment, and control of process safety risks in collaboration with manufacturing sites and cross-functional stakeholders.

As a Senior Process Safety Engineer, you will work closely with operations, engineering, maintenance, and HSE teams to develop, implement, and continuously improve process safety programs. You will have the opportunity to influence operational excellence, strengthen safety culture, and contribute to the prevention of major process safety events. You will be accountable for:

  • Risk Management & Assessment: Lead and support PHA studies (HAZOP, LOPA, vulnerability assessments, and other risk methodologies) to identify, evaluate, and mitigate process safety risks.
  • Process Safety Governance & Standards: Develop, review, implement, and communicate global and local process safety standards, providing technical guidance and training to manufacturing sites.
  • Barrier Integrity & Operational Safety: Support barrier management programs, MOC, bypass management, and PSSR processes through standards development, audits, training, and site support to ensure safe operations.
  • Incident Investigation, Auditing & Compliance: Lead process safety incident investigations using root cause analysis methodologies, participate in audits, assess compliance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Performance & Continuous Improvement: Monitor and report process safety performance indicators, implement process safety programs, promote knowledge sharing, and recommend corrective, preventive, and innovative solutions in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.

We offer a permanent contract based on onsite working mode.
