Senior Process Manager NDC (Remote)

Germany, France, Poland, Spain, Netherlands, United Kingdom

If you live in the Warsaw area, you will need to work in-office for 50% of working time monthly. If you are located in the Kraków and Rzeszów areas, you will need to work in-office at least 1 day per week.

As part of the Strategic Operations Europe team, the Senior Process Manager will lead projects and operational transformation initiatives related to NDC (New Distribution Capability), helping BCD Travel adapt to evolving airline distribution models and deliver effective solutions for our operations teams and clients.

This Senior Manager role is a team leadership role and is responsible for the design, adjustment and integration of operational processes. Tasks can be linked to industry driven changes, NDC developments, client requirements, technology changes, new service models, cost reduction initiatives, operational audits and more. This includes business requirement assessment, identification of best practice, definition and documentation of business requirements, change management, implementation and testing.

The Senior Manager will have specific responsibility for NDC projects within the region but will require interaction and coordination with other BCD Travel regions. The Senior Manager will work closely with operations, implementations, travel technology and external parties across the globe.

In addition to leading strategic initiatives, the Senior Process Manager will manage a team of Process Managers, ensuring resources are effectively allocated, priorities are aligned, and projects are delivered on time and within scope.

As a Senior Process Manager, you will

• Analyze business issues with relevant internal stakeholders,, document business requirements and work to find the best solution and best practice
• Prepare risk assessments, establishing contingency plans for risk areas
• Provide recommendations and solutions that takes into account the nature of our organization and culture as well as the relationship we have with others in the industry
• Act as the Product Owner for a defined product in a region and/or sector
• Lead and drive strategic projects related to NDC implementation, adoption, and operational transformation across European Operations
• Define and oversee improvements to NDC-related operational processes, service delivery models, and user experience
• Manage a team of Process Managers
• Provide support to the Operations team where appropriate

About you

• Subject matter expert in Agency Operations, Call Center principles, or Automation/Technology
• Strong understanding of travel technology and industry distribution trends, including NDC
• Demonstrated leadership and/or managerial experience
• Ability to lead - setting direction, developing teamwork and collaboration, and achieving results through others
• Capable of identifying customer needs – listening to information, asking probing questions, applying knowledge, crafting solutions
• Capable of problem solving - anticipating, analyzing, and resolving issues at both a strategic and functional level
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

This position is advertised across multiple European locations. The expected annual gross salary ranges by country are as follows:

• Spain: 38,000- 64,000 EUR
• France: 36,000-57,000 EUR
• Poland: 120,000 - 182,000 PLN
• Germany: 68,000-85,000 EUR
• Netherlands: 64,000 - 68,000 EUR

The final salary offered will ultimately depend on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and location, and will be determined in line with internal equity.
