Job Description
NET Technical Lead (PM/SPM) is a senior role responsible for:
- Leading NET-based software development teams
- Driving technical architecture and solution design
- Managing end-to-end project delivery
- Acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams

1. Technical Leadership Responsibilities
- Define technical architecture and design using .NET, C#, APIs, and microservices
- Guide the team on best practices, coding standards, and frameworks
- Review code, solution design, and architecture decisions
- Solve complex technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and scalability challenges
- Ensure security, data protection, and system reliability
- Drive adoption of modern technologies (cloud, DevOps, automation)
2. Project / Program Management Responsibilities
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Create project plans, estimations, and resource allocation
- Track progress and ensure on-time delivery
- Manage risks, dependencies, and issue resolution
- Drive Agile ceremonies (Sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
- Ensure quality, governance, and compliance with SDLC
- Monitor overall project health, budget, and performance metrics
3. Team & People Management
- Lead a team of developers, QA, and engineers
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers
- Conduct code reviews and technical coaching
- Build team capability and ensure productivity
- Support hiring, onboarding, and performance improvement

- Work with clients, product owners, and business stakeholders
- Translate business requirements → technical solutions
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communication
- Participate in solution discussions, feasibility analysis, and cost evaluation
- Provide status reports, dashboards, and updates
