·Own end-to-end project management of Lifecycle initiatives (Acquisition & Retention), including Journey builds across channels (Email, Push, In-App, Content Cards, SMS, WhatsApp), including intake, scoping, prioritization, timelines, and delivery tracking for both always-on journeys and ad-hoc campaigns.
·Act as the central coordination layer between Crunchyroll Lifecycle stakeholders and eClerx developers, 3P Partners (as applicable), and translating business requirements into clear, actionable tickets and ensuring alignment on objectives, dependencies, and success criteria.
·Manage and maintain the lifecycle initiatives development roadmap, proactively identifying bandwidth constraints, scheduling Kick-off Calls, and sequencing workstreams to accelerate time-to-market for new funnels and campaigns.
·Drive status reporting and communication cadence, including standups, sprint planning, and stakeholder updates, ensuring transparency on progress, risks, blockers, and upcoming deliverables.
·Ensure quality and consistency of deliverables by validating requirements, coordinating QA/UAT processes, and confirming that builds meet campaign specifications, targeting logic, and channel best practices before launch.
·Streamline intake and workflow processes, implementing standardized templates, documentation, and tracking systems to improve efficiency and reduce back-and-forth between strategic leads and execution teams.
·Proactively identify risks, blockers, and optimization opportunities, escalating issues as needed and recommending process improvements that enable the Lifecycle team to scale journey production and increase throughput.
