Job Description

The candidate must possess knowledge relevant to the functional area, and act as a subject matter expert in providing advice in the area of expertise, and also focus on continuous improvement for maximum efficiency. It is vital to focus on the high standard of delivery excellence, provide top-notch service quality and develop successful long-term business partnerships with internal/external customers by identifying and fulfilling customer needs. The candidate should be able to break down complex problems into logical and manageable parts in a systematic way, and generate and compare multiple options, and set priorities to resolve problems. The ideal candidate must be proactive, and go beyond expectations to achieve job results and create new opportunities. The candidate must positively influence the team, motivate high performance, promote a friendly climate, give constructive feedback, provide development opportunities, and manage career aspirations of direct reports. Communication skills are key here, to explain organizational objectives, assignments, and the big picture to the team, and to articulate team vision and clear objectives.

  • Develop and implement technology hiring strategies to attract top‑tier talent across emerging and core technology domains.
  • Partner closely with senior leadership, hiring managers, and external vendors to achieve hiring objectives aligned with business goals.
  • Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for technology roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding support.
  • Drive metrics management by evaluating the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and optimizing hiring outcomes.
  • Utilize ATS and recruitment automation tools to streamline hiring workflows, improve turnaround time, ensure compliance, and enhance reporting capabilities.
  • Leverage data analytics and recruitment technology to continuously improve hiring processes and overall candidate experience.
  • Monitor market trends, talent availability, and competitive landscapes to identify new and diverse talent pools.
  • Work with hiring managers to forecast recruitment needs, propose optimal staffing solutions, and optimize recruitment costs.
  • Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies, including social recruiting, geographic expansion, employer branding initiatives, and engagement with non‑traditional or diverse talent communities.
  • Identify Talent Acquisition risks, challenges, and trends, and proactively advise leadership on mitigation and resolution strategies.
  • Prepare and present recruitment dashboards and MIS reports to enable data‑driven and timely decision‑making.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage TA teams, ensuring performance management, capability building, and adherence to best recruitment practices.
  • Any graduate with 12+ years of experience in Digital hiring, including leadership exposure.
  • Strong team management experience, with the ability to drive performance in high‑volume and niche hiring environments.
  • Hands‑on experience with ATS platforms, hiring automation, and recruitment analytics tools.
  • Clear understanding of the recruitment business, including workforce planning, compensation structures, and negotiation strategies.
  • Creative and flexible thinker with the ability to propose and implement innovative hiring solutions.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at senior levels.
  • Demonstrated passion for talent as a key value driver for organizational growth.
  • Proven ability to enhance internal and external candidate experience through process excellence and engagement.
