Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned communication professional to lead internal communication and intranet management. The role involves end-to-end intranet operations, driving engagement through creative campaigns, and curating strategic content for employer branding and leadership communication. Responsibilities include planning internal comms calendars, managing PR with agencies, and executing initiatives like quarterly earnings calls and business events. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience with intranet platforms, copywriting expertise, and a creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Intranet Management (End-to-End):
- Drive viewership, participation, and engagement through creative campaigns and gamification.
- Plan and execute content calendars, roadshows, and stakeholder partnerships.
- Review dashboards, analyze data, and recommend solutions to improve organization-wide uptake.
- Track viewership metrics and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance engagement.
- Strategic Communication & Campaigns:
- Design and curate campaigns on various organizational themes.
- Create content for employer branding (videos, posts, mailers) aligned with culture initiatives and leadership communication.
- Plan and manage internal communication calendars, including content and strategy.
- Events & Branding:
- Organize business events showcasing thought leadership and employee engagement.
- Handle PR activities and coordinate with agencies to build leadership visibility in Tier 1 & Tier 2 publications.
- Manage quarterly earnings call communication, including PR drafts and internal initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong experience in intranet platforms/tools with intranet management as a core deliverable.
- Copywriting and content creation expertise.
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail.
- Ability to collaborate across functions and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
