As a Senior Specialist, Delivery Operating System, you’ll play a key role in helping shape the performance of one of JLR’s most advanced manufacturing facilities. By connecting production, maintenance and operational insights, you’ll help unlock efficiencies, influence decision-making and contribute to the delivery of modern luxury vehicles powered by leading-edge battery technology.

WHAT TO EXPECT

At Battery Assembly Centre Hams Hall, you'll support the production of traction battery packs for Range Rover and Range Rover Sport Plug-in Hybrid vehicles. Working across Production and Maintenance teams, you’ll use data, operational performance insights and continuous improvement techniques to help maximise efficiency and drive the difference for our shared future.

Here's what to expect:

  • Gathering, analysing and reporting operational performance data across production areas, identifying trends, risks and opportunities for improvement
  • Supporting Performance Improvement Reviews, transformation activities and project charters to help deliver operational excellence
  • Conducting reliability and maintenance analysis, using data-driven insights to support performance improvements and informed decision-making
  • Coordinating audits, governance activities, business reviews and stakeholder events to ensure readiness and compliance
  • Collaborating with Production, Maintenance and Leadership teams, building trusted relationships that support business objectives and continuous growth

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

Along with your ambition to achieve the exceptional, there are several skills and experiences that you’ll need to help you succeed here, including:

  • Experience working within a manufacturing, operations, maintenance or engineering environment
  • Analysing and presenting operational performance data using tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint
  • Applying problem-solving and continuous improvement methodologies, including Lean principles and issue management techniques
  • Building effective relationships across cross-functional teams and communicating complex information clearly and confidently
  • Organising multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail across reporting, audits and governance activities
