We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Operations Specialist to manage and execute end-to-end logistics operations. This role involves handling a wide range of operational activities, including documentation, coordination, and process execution, in line with client requirements and Internal Operating Procedures (IOPs), while ensuring high service quality.

You are responsible for:

1. End-to-End Operations Management

• Execute day-to-day logistics operations across various activities, including shipment handling, coordination, and documentation.
• Ensure all operational tasks are completed accurately and within defined timelines as per client and process IOPs.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of shipments.

2. Documentation & Process Compliance

• Manage logistics documentation (import/export, shipping, compliance) as part of the overall operational workflow.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation, validation, and submission of documents.
• Adhere strictly to IOPs and validate any process deviations with stakeholders.

3. Operational & Technical Support

• Support team members on process, system, or operational challenges.
• Perform root cause analysis for issues and escalations and drive corrective and preventive actions.

4. Quality & SLA Management

• Maintain high data accuracy and operational quality to meet SLA/KPI targets.
• Continuously monitor and improve process compliance and execution standards.

5. Training & Knowledge Sharing

• Assist in training and onboarding of new team members across operations processes.
• Promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics operations (including documentation and coordination activities).
• Strong understanding of import/export processes and supply chain workflows.
• High attention to detail and focus on data quality.
• Ability to work within structured processes and ensure compliance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (RCA experience preferred).
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Training or mentoring experience is an added advantage.
