Key Responsibilities

Process Strategy & Operational Excellence

  • Own end-to-end process architecture supporting Services & Monetization initiatives.
  • Design scalable operating models that enable consistent execution across Roundel, SD&M, and PG&M.
  • Lead enterprise process transformation initiatives that improve operational maturity, efficiency, quality, and scalability.
  • Establish governance frameworks, standard operating procedures, and service delivery models supporting business growth.

  • Build future-state workflows that support new services, changing business priorities, and organizational scale.
  • Partner with Product teams to prioritize business requirements and implement scalable workflow improvements that reduce operational complexity, improve system capabilities, and support future-state operating models.
  • Ensure process designs balance operational excellence, business objectives, and user experience.

Cross-Functional Leadership & Governance

  • Serve as the primary process excellence partner across Roundel, SD&M, PG&M, Product, Operations, Technology, Finance, and other stakeholder groups.
  • Facilitate cross-functional alignment to define business requirements, process ownership, governance, implementation plans, and clear decision frameworks, handoffs, and accountability across stakeholder teams.
  • Influence strategic decisions through structured process recommendations supported by data and operational insights.

Product & Business Enablement

  • Partner closely with Product Managers to define business requirements and influence scalable system enhancements.
  • Translate operational challenges into product requirements and future-state workflow improvements.
  • Support launch readiness for new services by ensuring operational processes, governance, documentation, and stakeholder enablement are in place.
  • Drive successful adoption of new operating models through structured change management and communication.

Process Performance & Continuous Improvement

  • Define, own, and continuously improve KPIs and operational health metrics measuring process effectiveness, operational efficiency, quality, throughput, adoption, and service performance.
  • Develop executive-ready dashboards and reporting that provide visibility into operational performance, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Monitor process performance and proactively recommend enhancements based on business needs, stakeholder feedback, and operational data.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement using Lean principles, process excellence methodologies, and best practices while proactively identifying operational risks and driving sustainable improvements.
