Job Description


Experienced power plant professional sought to lead a team of operators and mechanics in managing the continuous operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of large-capacity gas engines. The role demands deep technical expertise in internal combustion fundamentals, auxiliary systems, and auxiliary plant operations like CHP cogeneration, power synchronization, and SCADA/DCS control loops. A successful candidate will drive engine efficiency through rigorous root cause analysis, strict preventive maintenance, and an unwavering commitment to stringent safety and emergency systems


Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering

  • B1 / B4 level Chargeman competency

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in operating cogeneration plants based on gas
    engines
